Open Gate and Project Management

At Open Gate, training is regarded as a fundamental act of care towards all of its employees.
We work in the industry undergoing the fastest and most constant transformation, and we devote as much time as possible to technical training.
In this case, however, it is not about technical training, but about internal sharing on a topic of fundamental importance: the basics of Project Management.

How did we tackle the matter? By organizing a Course, held by one of our Project Manager colleagues and designed for our PMs, but not only... open to all colleagues interested in understanding what a PM should do and how a PM should communicate.

  • What is project management?
  • The benefits of effective project management
  • The key principles of project management
  • The 5 phases of project management
  • The language of a good PM
  • Why do projects fail?

Managing time, achieving goals, improving one's communication skills... these are important aspects for each of us, regardless of our role in the company.

For this reason, an internal Project Management course has been launched, held by one of our Senior PMs.

The aim is to improve the "field" experience of all colleagues, enabling every team member to develop skills related to leadership, vision, motivation and coaching, as well as encouraging everyone to do their best.

If you are a colleague, sign up for the next sessions of the Course: you have only missed one lesson, and a recap and all the slides will be provided in the half hour before the next lesson.

If you are not a colleague, but would like to learn more, we are always more than happy to have a chat.
