UGO published the “personal assistant” App a few days ago and it is now available for download on Android and Apple stores… last night the beginning of the service in Milan was officially launched during a wonderful event with jazz music, wine and craft beer tasting.

Since yesterday, 28th June 2016, UGO has become a reality, a service available in Milan (City and suburbs), that, hopefully, will soon be extended to Rome… Italy and the whole Europe. The heart of this service is the App UGO: you just have to push a button and UGO will do the rest. Using the App is easy and intuitive, but the “engine under the bonnet” is much more complex. This engine is a backoffice, a software able to hold users information, notify a request of intervention, communicate with a UGO driver, calculate how long a route is…
Therefore, pushing that button is easy, but ensuring that users can count on a reliable and punctual service meant months of development and close cooperation with UGO team, creator of this wonderful project.
